Rates

Weekly Rental
Our current rate is $1500 CAD per week for a group of 6.
Additional Person $ 100.00 CAD per person up to 2 additional
(Maximum Occupancy 8 people)

Check-in / Check-out
Our weekly rate runs from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning. Check in is at 4 pm and check out is by 10am.

• Rental starts Saturday - Saturday check in at 4 pm/ check out at 10 am
• $500 refundable security deposit due at the time of arrival

Weekend/Weekday Rentals
(Available in Winter/Spring and Fall only)
Our current rate is $225 CAD per night, for a group of 6
*Minimum stay 2 nights
For any 1 night stay there is an additional cleaning and laundry free of $120.00, all other packages laundry & cleaning is included in the price

Additional Person $ 25.00 CAD per person up to 2 additional

Rates displayed do not include HST of 13%

Currency is Canadian dollars, Payments in USD are accepted at current exchange rates.

Reservations and Payment Policy

Reservations are accepted by email with confirmation upon receipt of 50% of the weekly rate deposit. Deposits can be made by money order, PayPal, M/C, Visa and email money transfer (available through major Canadian Banks). Remainder to be paid 24 hours prior to arrival or cash upon arrival.

Security deposit of $500.00 due upon arrival.

Deposit Policy

A deposit for 50% of the weekly rental rate must be received within 8 days after the reservation has been made to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to one month in advance are fully refundable. Unfortunately, we are a small business and lost bookings represent a loss to us, and a missed opportunity for others. If you are unable to cancel in advance, a 20% charge will be deducted from your deposit, with the deduction climbing to 50% within a week of the scheduled arrival.
